Christianity where first spread to Asians, Africans, and Native Americans then modern scientific outlook which challenged Western Christianity The Christian world was divided between the Roman Catholics of Western and Central Europe And the Eastern Orthodox of Eastern Europe and Russia  Luther came to a new understanding of Salivation: he believed that faith came alone , faith was a free gift of god  The Scientific Revolution was a revolution because it changed the understanding of the universe Nicolaus Copernicus argument was the "at the middle of all things lies the sun" and that the earth like the other planets revolved around it . The earth was no longer unique or the center of God's attention
